How does billing start?
Starter, Growth, and Pro start as paid subscriptions with your selected billing cadence.
Can I choose monthly or yearly billing?
Yes. You can select monthly or yearly billing when subscribing, and switch later based on policy terms.
What happens if payment fails?
Your subscription moves to past_due. We apply a 3-day grace period, then move the account to unpaid if payment is still unresolved.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch billing cadence based on your current plan and policy terms.
Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro. Enterprise contracts are handled with Sales.
How are seats counted?
Seats are counted by active employees.
How are Google and Instagram limits counted?
Google is counted as sync users (seat-based). Instagram is counted as connected accounts .
What happens when I hit a hard limit?
Hard limits apply to seats, locations, and integrations. You need to upgrade or apply the appropriate commercial change before adding more.
What happens when I exceed usage thresholds?
Usage thresholds for bookings, AI, email, and SMS are handled via paid add-on behavior defined by your plan model.
Can I buy extra capacity?
Yes. Overage handling follows each plan model, including paid add-on packs, optional auto add-ons, or contracted usage.
Is support included in all plans?
