This Refund Policy applies to subscription, seat, add-on, and one-time charges billed for DJ Reception by GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED.
2. Initial and accidental charges
Charges that occur near subscription start or due to accidental checkout are reviewed case-by-case. No automatic refund is guaranteed.
3. Subscription refunds
There are no automatic subscription refunds. Requests may be reviewed case-by-case at our discretion or where required by law.
4. Annual plans and early cancellation
Annual plans do not include a standard early-cancellation refund, except where required by law or explicitly approved.
5. Add-ons and one-time purchases
Add-ons and one-time purchases are generally non-refundable, with case-by-case exceptions where applicable.
6. Taxes and processing fees
Taxes and payment processor fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in temporary account restriction or suspension while the matter is investigated. Service access may be restored after resolution.
