DJ Reception Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DJ Reception, including dj.rs and app.dj.rs, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable policies. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Service scope by platform

DJ Reception provides a multi-tenant operations platform. dj.rs provides public marketing content, waitlist, and contact workflows, while app.dj.rs provides authenticated booking, team scheduling, customer communication, integrations, and subscription management workflows.

3. Eligibility, accounts, and responsibilities

Account owners and admins are responsible for user access, tenant configuration, and lawful use of app features.
Users must maintain credential security and notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents.
You are responsible for data entered into the service and for required notices and legal bases for that data.

4. Customer data and roles

Customer data means data submitted to app.dj.rs by or for your organization, including booking and communication data. As between you and DJ Reception, you retain rights to your customer data. You appoint DJ Reception as a processor/service provider for customer data where applicable.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse DJ Reception, including attempts to:

Bypass authorization, security controls, or entitlement enforcement.
Interfere with system availability or other tenants.
Send unlawful or non-consensual communications.
Use the service in violation of law, third-party rights, or platform rules.
Reverse engineer or misuse non-public APIs except as permitted by law.

6. Messaging and consent obligations

If you use SMS, email, social messaging, or related communication features in app.dj.rs, you are responsible for obtaining required consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable messaging laws. We may limit or suspend messaging activity that appears unlawful, abusive, or non-compliant.

7. Third-party services

Service features may rely on third-party providers. On dj.rs this includes analytics providers configured for the website. On app.dj.rs this may include identity, billing, messaging, calendar, social, AI, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of integrated features may be subject to separate third-party terms and policies.

8. Billing, subscriptions, and plan limits

DJ Reception offers paid subscriptions.
Billing and subscription management for the application are provided through Stripe-backed flows on app.dj.rs.
Lifecycle states include active, past_due, canceled, and unpaid.
past_due includes a 3-day grace period before additional enforcement.
Plan entitlements and add-on packs determine usage allowances and capacity.

9. Availability and service changes

We may modify features, limits, and technical requirements over time, including beta or preview features with reduced support. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Intellectual property

DJ Reception and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, and related materials except for customer content you lawfully submit.

11. Privacy and data processing

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where required, parties may enter a separate data processing agreement.

12. Disclaimers and liability baseline

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except where warranties are required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and liability is limited as stated in your governing agreement.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, legal requirements, abuse, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time, but termination does not remove payment obligations already accrued.

Governing law: England and Wales. Venue: the courts of England and Wales.
