Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for DJ Reception operated by GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED.
2. Who can cancel
Only the account owner can submit a subscription cancellation request.
3. How to cancel
Cancellations are self-serve through the in-app Stripe Billing Portal. If you cannot access billing controls, contact us at https://dj.rs/en/contact.
4. Effective date of cancellation
Cancellations are processed as cancel at period end. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
5. Notice period
No minimum notice period is required.
6. Access after cancellation
At period end, service access is restricted to a read-only state. Accounts are not automatically deleted solely because of cancellation.
7. Legal entity and governing law
Legal entity: GLOBALCARD NETWORKS LIMITED, 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
