DJ Reception Proration Policy

1. Scope

This Proration Policy describes how billing adjustments are calculated for plan, seat, and add-on changes billed through Stripe for DJ Reception.

2. Upgrade proration

If you upgrade a subscription mid-cycle, an immediate prorated charge applies based on the remaining time in the current billing period.

3. Downgrade proration

If you downgrade a subscription mid-cycle, any prorated value is applied as a credit toward a subsequent billing cycle, not as an automatic cash refund.

4. Calculation method

Proration is calculated using an exact timestamp basis for the change event and the remaining portion of the current billing period.

5. Plan frequency coverage

Proration applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

6. Seats and add-ons

Proration applies to seat and add-on billing when those charges are processed through Stripe.

7. Legal entity and governing law
